Kate Moss flees to Paris

Kate Moss has fled to Paris following allegations fiancé Pete Doherty has cheated on her with another model.

The 33-year-old beauty is said to be devastated by the revelations and has taken daughter Lila Grace to the French capital to forget about her love problems.

A source said: "Kate is a mess. She's trying to keep it together for Lila's sake, but she's been sobbing and wailing uncontrollably all weekend.

"Kate has some serious decisions to make about the future of her relationship with Pete. She is supposed to be marrying him, so she's furious at the accusations of his cheating. It really is make or break."

The supermodel has allegedly asked aides to arrange a fashion show in Paris so she can be photographed enjoying herself and appear to be carefree.

Pete, 28, allegedly spent the night with a South African brunette called Lindy last Thursday (28.06.07) following a row with Kate on Wednesday (27.06.07).

The Babyshambles frontman met Lindy at London's Crystal nightclub and the pair were seen "kissing and cuddling" as they drank champagne, before leaving together at 2am.

A source said: "When he first arrived Pete was showing off, standing on his chair and dancing like a loon. Then he started talking to a girl in a revealing white dress. She had the same pointy features as Kate.

"They went up the street for a while then came back inside where they had an intense chat for ages. There was lots of flirting and laughing. Then we saw four of them get into a cab and head off."

The pair reportedly spent the night at Pete's friend's house, where they "disappeared into a bedroom together".

The 'Stranger' singer has revealed she fought constantly with her older sister - who is now launching her own music and acting career - and would often play cruel tricks on her.

Hilary told Top of the Pops magazine: "If Haylie had friends over to stay when we were little, and they left me out, I'd freeze their underwear!

"I'd wet the knickers, put them in the freezer and snap them to ruin them.

"Whatever I did, Haylie always got me back. Older siblings know how to be good fighters - when you're younger you just hit back. I'm sure there were a couple of flying hairbrushes.

"When Haylie and I were really young and we played games together - she'd always make me pretend to be a boy because I had short hair. I hated it!"

Federline 'Refuses To Sign Divorce Papers'

Britney Spears' estranged husband Kevin Federline is reportedly refusing to sign their divorce papers while the troubled singer continues to party.

Spears embarked on several months of hard partying following her November (06) split from the aspiring rapper, during which she was photographed without underwear, hit a photographer's car with an umbrella and shaved her head.

After checking into rehab in February (07) and leaving the following month (Mar07), Spears has returned to the Hollywood party scene, much to the chagrin of her family and estranged spouse.

Sources tell U.S. entertainment network E! that Federline is refusing to sign the couple's divorce papers because he is concerned about the well-being of their two young sons, Sean Preston, 21 months; and Jayden James, 10 months.

A source says, "It's not about the money. It's about her partying. It's her partying ways that is forcing Kevin to put his foot down."

Although the divorce is yet to be settled, the couple reached a "global divorce settlement on all issues of their marriage" in March (07).

The agreement meant the two boys would spend most of the week with Spears, but the couple would share joint legal and physical custody of the tots.

However, Spears' behaviour since coming out of rehab has reportedly concerned Federline so much, he is seeking a revision of the document.
